This process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the level of detail desired.

This allows you to immerse yourself in the new environment. The duration of the Design stage varies depending on the project’s scope and the level of detail provided earlier, typically taking 3-5 weeks to complete. At the end of this phase, you will receive a comprehensive cost estimate, project schedule, and delivery contract.
Deliver Stage : The final phase of our project delivery process is the onsite implementation, which is carefully planned out in our work schedule. At Office insight, we provide a comprehensive turnkey solution that brings your design to life. Our experienced team manages every aspect of the project, working closely with contractors to ensure compliance with regulations and building codes. We also provide regular updates to all stakeholders through a dedicated platform, keeping everyone informed about project progress, upcoming milestones, and any necessary adjustments. During this phase, we hold weekly site meetings and provide detailed email updates to keep everyone on the same page. Once the project is complete, we conduct a thorough handover meeting, perform a quality check, and provide the Operations & Maintenance manual and any necessary training. The duration of this phase typically ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the project’s size and complexity.
